Okay looks like that solved the problem using GLOBEX. We were using the exchange code we did see in the Interactive Brokers symbol specifications. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings And then after that, change the symbol in the chart to match the new symbol.
