Both of these issues are related to the fact that you only have Column 2 active. Internally, the system only knows that there is 1 column On and therefore thinks of it as Column 1, even though the selection was for Column 2.

This is why the Percent Compare Thresholds are using Column 1 instead of Column 2. If you displayed any information for column 1, then everything will shift and use the inputs as you are expecting them. The same is true for the Highlight Point of Control where the other option would be to select Column 1 instead of All Columns and you would see the highlight even though you had selected the display as Column 2.

This is not something we will get to any time soon to change internally, and it will take a bit of work. The easiest thing to do is to simply use Column 1 whenever you only want to display a single column of information.
