Is there any way to link this to the broker just to make the whole billing process more straight forward.
No, this is not supported.

One is I seem to be on the sim mode and unable to get into live mode despite trying to comoe off it.

I have accessed the live account now thanks but there does seem to be an issue as the balance is coming up at 0.00

In general, you cannot utilize Sierra Chart for account balance information. This cannot be supported with external services in general.
