It is extremely obvious to us what is happening. And this is why you only notice it sometimes. In this chart: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1549449144729.png You have altered the scale from default. Simply select Chart >> Reset Scales to restore it back to normal. If that does not restore it to normal, it means it is not using an Automatic Scale Range. We do not need to see any Message Log and there is definitively not a need to re-download any data. All of that is irrelevant. In the next release we will clear Interactive Scale Range and Interactive Scale Move adjustments, when the symbol changes.
