Hi I think it's difficult to schedule a remote session because the problem happens at random. I just happened again, after a couple of days with no issues. I've cleared the log window and conducted two operations: 1) delete and download data; 2) reset scales. This is what I noticed: first the chart appears empty, and I notice the price values are relevant for the prior symbol I was looking at, i.e. QM (oil),. When I zoom out and move the chart to the relevant price range for this symbol (M6A), I can see the data there, but I notice all price and drawings collapsed into a very tight vertical price range.
