Hey Guys, I have just changed over my live trading account from tt to Sierra after the 2 week free trial. I am having difficulty logging in and the status is coming up as "not connected" in the top left hand corner of the screen. The system notification message is saying " youre paid usage time has ended. You are in free mode notice. I contacted my brokers advantage and said they cant see what the problem is and to contact Sierra. Can you look into my account and see why its not coming up as registered please and let me know what to do... Cheers, George
