I continue with the problem.... driving me insane! I've updated symbol settings from server. I have deleted and re-downloaded the data. Problem persists.... data not showing up on chart. It's clearly not an issue of re-setting scales http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1549264335888.png In regards to what you didn't understand about my comment: I have a quoteboard with 10 symbols When I first open SierraChart, whatever symbols it opens with, all my 6 charts load fine. I then select a different symbol in my quoteboard, and all charts load fine, except the chart with the hourly data. All solutions you've suggested don't work. Only things that works is closing down SierraChart and reopening it. Today, I opened it, and was looking at QM... then I switched to M6A via my quoteboard, and same problem..no data on the hourly chart.
