We have verified that the symbol is correct. You need to ask Interactive Brokers about the error they are giving for it. We cannot help with that. The message you see displayed with the error in orange on the chart is from Interactive Brokers.

In regards to the apparent data error, we cannot help with that either, other than make sure you are using the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service for the historical data:

You need to realize, we cannot solve Interactive Brokers problems. We have no solutions to them in most cases.

If you are just trading futures and you would want to trade possibly through Macquarie in Australia, we will have an alternative you can use in a couple of weeks. Let us know if you are interested in that and we will put you in contact with someone there. And we think they can give you a reasonable commission rate.
