Fiddling around a bit more, and I still can't fix things. These are my settings on both the daily chart and the 60 minute chart (I believe the UTC Offset of -05:00 is equal to EST). Chart Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Time Zone -> Other/Custom DST -> UTC Time Zone -> UTC -05:00 Global Settings -> Data/Trade Service Settings -> Time Zone -> Other/Custom DST -> UTC Time Zone -> UTC Offset -05:00 Not only is the study/overlay still incorrect, but time itself is incorrect when scrolling over candles on the 60 min chart.
