I'm using TD Ameritrade as my broker, after starting up SC i receive initial pricing but data doesn't update any further. I've verified that I'm using the correct streamer address: streamer-ext-bin-tx.tdameritrade.com. I'm trying to stream ES futures, please advise if there are further steps needed to have instantaneous streaming data.
