No not yet but it is quite simple in the way that it works. And you need to use version 1864 for the complete implementation.

In the /Data/ChartbookGroups/ folder, create folders for the different Chartbook groups that you want. And then place the Chartbooks within those folders which you want to open as a group.

You can then open the Chartbook's as a group within those folders through File >> Open Chartbook Group. They will all be listed there.

Additionally the Chartbook control bar buttons also support opening Chartbook groups. Simply set a button to [Chartbook group name].group
