I run 2 instances of Sierra Chart on a 4 monitor setup. A few days ago, the Compact Tool Values window disappeared on the second instance. Today, it disappeared on the first instance. I tried unchecking "Show Compact Tool Values Window" in the Windows menu, exiting Sierra, yes to save all. When I reloaded Sierra and then turned on the check for "Show Compact Tool Values Window" it is still not there. It may have something to do with the multi monitor setup. When I had the Compact Tool Values Window functioning, if I moved the instance of Sierra Chart from one monitor to another, sometimes the Compact Tool Values Window would (randomly?) move to a different monitor. So I am wondering if in fact the Compact Tool Values Window is still "open", but it's just being "displayed" somewhere off the visible desktop. Maybe that's totally wrong. Thanks! |
