Thank you. At the moment, I am on a trial account with infinity. The drop down options is grayed out and I cannot pull it down or edit it. What could be the reason for it? Is this issue limited to demo accounts? (I also cannot use the recommend image upload method to upload it because opening up that dialog box naturally locks up rest of the UI.)
