Hello I have submitted logs for this particular issue. The AMP rep verified proper activation on their end and this was working fine earlier this week.

Hello I am not able to connect to my AMP CQG connection I am getting the following error message "Windows Error code 10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it"

I had an AMP technician do a full uinstall/reinstall and the same problem persist. Is there anything that is causing this issue?
