Hello, i just bought a 3 months service package 5. I want to analyze the chart DAX Futures (FDAX) EUREX (for example). The chart is never updating. i have to press "delete and download data" to do so. but still then it is always about 10 minutes delayed. I tryed: Global Settings >> Symbol Settings "Update From Server" I tryed: Disconnecting and connecting again. What do i have to do or to buy to be able to see realtime data and the chart movig on its own? Thank you & kind regards Niko |
