This is strange, I received an email notification that SC Support had responded to this question, and on the board listing it shows that there was a reply from SC Support, but I cannot see any response underneath the question. I tried checking (while logged in/out) from different devices and IPs and still cannot see any response, yet I can see all SC Support responses to other questions on the board. Can you let me know why that is, or maybe just email the response?
