Hi, Problem: I cannot access SOYF, CORNF, or WHEATF data using FXCM. Background: I have recently opened a live account with FXCM, and received instructions from SC. Following instructions, I have - updated to current version and - then continued from step 5 in FXCM trading service instructions. - I tried File>>>Find Symbol and SOYF, and same for CORNF and WHEATF> In all cases got message on chart "downloading ..." that the becomes "Download failed" - have re-started computer. Same problem. - have followed instructions to Update Symbol Settings at <https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettings> . Same problem. - Using CORNF as an example, Message log contains numerous messages including " Currently no data in file to display. Will start historic data download and real-time updates. File C:\Sierra Chart\Data\CORNF.dly" and "HD request #18\|Error downloading historic intraday data for CORNF. Historic data login error. Data files folder not set for service code : equities.us\|2018-12-10 15:51:49" then various messages including "HD Request#18\| Intraday download complete for CORNF Unique request ID: 17\| 2018-12-10 15:51:49" various others ending with "Intraday chart data file opened for CORNF \| 2018-12-10 15:51:49" But I still cannot access data. Would appreciate you advising steps I needs to take to access SOYF, CORNF and WHEATF. Thanks
