Usually also, the data feed window changes from Green to Yellow until the connection is re-established, which usually happens in a minute or so.

Set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Settings >> Connect to Market Data Server to False.

We do see the lost connection to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed as well as CQG but the data feed recovered within two seconds. Not a minute. If you are still periodically losing the connection to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed often, then that does indicate some connectivity issue on your side because it is well-established that the connectivity to our servers is very solid. Any problem would not be due to the immediate network connectivity our systems have.
