Just make sure Sierra Chart is set to a tick by tick data configuration: Tick by Tick Data Configuration If you still notice any differences it would be because the other program is not accurate. We can say with overwhelming certainty. But you need to use the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service or the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for accurate data. With a tick by tick configuration, what you see in Sierra Chart is definitively correct. This volume fix is just simply wrong.
