We cannot reproduce this using your Chartbook: It's just that the main program window always shows multiple charts in grid view instead of one maximized chart. If I maximize a chart and then resize the program window manually (or restart SC) it switches back to grid view.
You also have some charts which do not have title bars and that could cause some odd behavior. This issue and any other unexpected behavior is all going to be related to the operating system.
