Hi, I've been using keyboard shortcuts such as number pad 1-9 for placing/managing trades for the past couple of months. I've found that on occasion a key press has no effect. This has been a consistent problem since I started using keyboard to trade. I would have reported sooner but I have been sim trading till now For example, I use "numberpad 9" for "buy bid". Sometimes I press "numberpad 9" and it does nothing, I try again several times then eventually it works. After a minute or so I can see the same problematic behavior happening again. I've tested this on 2 keyboards and have the same issue on both. Not sure if there is a setting somewhere which can cause such an issue but both my keyboards are high quality (Razer and MS) USB devices and have latest drivers installed with the windows 10 November update.
