| Probably related to the FTSE Russell market data policies. Interactive Brokers probably would not have permission to provide this data. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
