Support,

I'm connected to SC historical and real-time data and I have activated and paid for Nymex data. However, I don't seem to be able to get data from symbols (futures) that are traded on Nymex. Whenever I open a chart, it says downloading historical data, completes the download, but the chart is empty/no data.

I've tried Global Settings > Symbol Settings > Update from Server, then disconnecting and reconnecting but it didn't resolve the issue.
