I still get error message "symbol is unknown" for $INX yet I do end up receiving data. Just ignore that message if you are getting the real-time data. It might be related to security definition data requests to the primary connected service. What are the proper session times for $INX and other US cash indices? We will set these up for the index symbols in the next few days. What are the proper session times for the S&P E mini? These are already preset.
