I purchased the SC package level 5 (annual subscription) and re-setup the CTS 2FA credentials. I now see my account balance in SC (thank you), but still see "unset" wording in the Trade Service log which looks odd - I haven't taken any trades on this new account yet if that helps: CTS Trading - DTC | No Trade Positions reported by DTC Server. Within SC Data/Trade Service settings, it shows Wedbush, but there wasn't a location to put in my account name (assuming that's being supplied in the back-end FIX app by Sierra for 2FA credentials). |
