Hi everyone, I used this third party utility (free) to do it: Downloads / Software / Winaero Tweaker https://winaero.com/download.php?view.1796= Install it then choose Window Borders & Window Title Bars under Advanced Appearance settings and make your adjustment. Maybe you would need to change windows theme to Aero Lite in Appearance section first. See what I get in attachements below. You are welcome :)
