Hi, I have a live account with a Broker, and I have CBOT and CME data services on. Now, I can get data for ES, YM, and RTY for charts on SC at any time period on my 1st computer. For my 2nd computer, which I have asked my Broker added data from CBOT and CME, so I can get data for ES and YM for charts on SC at any time period, except RTY, I can only show time period from 1 second to 30 seconds, any other time period would not show on the chart, such as minutes and hours. So, I need you support for this RTY on time period issues for my 2nd computer. I have called and asked my Broker to solve this issues, and they have checked with the data which all have connected to CBOT and CME through CQG, so they said the problems are in SC. Thank you,
