Hello, A colleague of mine highly recommended your platform not only for being one of the most advanced and configurable in the market but also great support. You initial reply seems harsh and not customer friendly. As per your instructions here is chart: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1540453102905.png This chart compared in 2 platforms (plus online live charts) one being another SC from a friend is: 1. Does not update at all. (Reload and recalculate option used in chart settings but still doesn't update) 2. When I close and restart SC it does update the charts )but still missing candles. If I put regular time based candles and restart SC it updates candles but there are 2 to 3 missing (10 to 15 minutes unaccounted) 3. Comparing the candles there are placed differently in my platform, there are not the same length, some are longer and some are sorter. Comparing with friends SC platform same chart, same number of ticks or regular candles it is different. (different placement of candles, there not even close to being the same) Firewall has permission to allow SC all access Message log pasted below message.
