The issue has been resolved. The issue was that executable file was renamed. The installer would start Sierra Chart using the standard executable, which was was latest version installed. When the user would start Sierra Chart using the shortcut (which was referencing the renamed executable), it would start the old version of Sierra Chart. Sierra Chart Support |
