We needed time to look this over. We were not able to respond sooner.

A few weeks back cumulative total was for all symbols.
You can see the total Profit/Loss for the Closed Trades on the Trade Statistics tab of the Trade Activity Log. Refer to:

We still do not have the right file from you but the first thing we want you to do is to update to the latest release with Help >> Download Prerelease and let us know if you still see the problem. If so, we will then use a remote assistance session to get the file from you.
