We have not yet contacted Gain Capital about the change to two digit years in futures symbols, and we did not think that the FIX server was affected because they never told us about that but clearly it is. Even if we did get an answer about this, it would take us a couple of days to implement a solution anyway. We will have this all solved by morning. A software update is going to be required and that will automatically update your symbols. And we will also put out a System Notification message about this. For now you can change the symbol of the chart to two digits as explained here: Changing the Symbol of a Chart We also need to verify the historical data is going to be downloaded for two digit years.
