Well I already am connected to AMP/Rithmic for futures trading in a separate instance of Sierra Chart. I want the new upgrade for Real Time cash prices (such as INX, NQ, YM, VIX etc., plus Stats, etc. to supplement market data). Is there something else I need to do to get it working? ? When I ordered and paid for the upgrade, there was no message about other requirements. Nor did your account people say anything about other steps/requirements that may be needed. They simply replied to me that all seems good on their end. |
