This is what we currently see:
CTS T4 FIX | Received trader logon response with CTS username '**'. Text: Login failed: Undetermined | 2018-10-16 17:58:33

The login is just not succeeding. And we really apologize for this. From our perspective, we have to develop a better solution and that is not with CTS. This is why we are dropping support for new users for this connection method.

This is simply out of our hands. We do not even know what it means "undetermined". Contact CTS for help with this. And have them explain what that means.

Also understand that the login to your account to CTS on our server occurs about every 10 minutes if it is failing. So any changes that are made, allow about 10 to 15 minutes for them to go into effect.
