I was using Sierra on a Free Trial and had no trouble connecting to Rithmic. Now that i have a paid subscription...it won't connect. I was able to open and login to Rithmic but Sierra won't connect to the Data Feed. I've checked the config and the Service Rithmic Trading....Server: Paper Trading Server are both correct. And I have my Rithmic user name and PW. thank you |
