Yes, I saw that comment in the documentation. However, I could not work out reliable code that would properly refresh overnight and multiple days. I keep my computer on 24/7 without exiting SC only on the weekends. I'm sure it could be done but it was beyond my skills with my limited amount of time for coding and testing.
