If you saved defaults for this study a long while ago like probably more than a year ago, and at that time the prefix text was specified and specified using the older Input it used, we can understand the reason for this scenario.

If you reset the study back to default, and remove it and add it again, the problem should go away.

In any case we are solving this in the next release. We understand the reason for the underlying problem.
