But we will check on a refund regarding the data feed Thank you... ... and What i don't understand is did i miss the option of trialing Sierra Charts to see if the new Sierra Charts (from when i used it in the past versions) and SPECIFICALLY the existing Pair Charts capabilities were going to meet my expectations... Did i somehow miss that trial or demo time period and instead i impulsively signed up ?? Could I have avoided this whole issue by doing a demo/trial period ? I did not see that option... ?? Did i have that option... ?? Thanks... CJ
