The issue is that you are considered as a professional by the exchange due to your "employer" and "email address". So if you are not a professional, then you need to resubmit the Market Data Agreement (With US Equities Agreement) with the correct details: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeDataFeedFeatures#Agreements And try to activate the Exchange again. If you are a professional, then we will need to activate the "U.S. Equities Professional (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX)" exchange, which is billed directly by the exchange.
