I am not a tech person, so please bear with me.

I switched from Rithmic to CTS T4 this afternoon and it is a disaster.

I have restarted my computer several times.

SC shows I am connected but it has not been updating for several hours. I have compressed data, checking my internet connection (which is ping 20ms, download 170mbps and upload 5mbps). SC keeps flashing and is not updating prices, when I try to change anything it goes into a long lag/pause. I have checked my disk space and CPU usage and they are as good as they have ever been. in the meantime, SC keeps flashing and not updating. The window with the SC communication information has been DF:34065 ST:63, 63 for 3 hours. The application just keeps flashing.

I don't know what else to try. Can you pleas advise.
