Thanks for taking the time to look into this issue... Unfortunately I figured that the answer would be as time consuming as you are suggesting... wow... Imagine any trader trying to build 300 to 500 Pair Charts using your methods... The hours of work would be mind boggling... I can do the same effort in eSignal charting software or TradingView and other charting software in 1/20 of the time... and i also can have PARI watchlists for unlimited amount of pairs that i can bring up with ONE click.... So this is not going to work for me... I understand that the exchange fees are NOT refundable but i would like to be prorated for my Sierra Chart non usage time... I only used it from Oct 1st to Oct 4th and your server logs will show that i have not logged into your software since Oct 4th... Please refund me my non usage time for this one month subscription for my service package fee and my data package fee excluding my exchange fees of course... thanks...
