Relaunched charts without adjusting anything and now it resets on every tick. Even though "Re-Center When Last Bar Exceeds A Certain Number of Ticks From The Center" with 8 ticks is still being used. Not a huge deal, just wasn't happening before. Resetting the scale seems to fix the problem. At least temporarily. Seems as if something's off when charts are initially loaded.
