This may be related; it started after I updated to 1818. Reverting to 1815 fixed it. When I right-click on the buy or sell column of the trade dom, I get the right-click menu for the price column (i.e. the scale menu) instead of entering an order. Left-clicking enters the order as expected. The chart dom is unaffected.
