Not what I was looking for... If a hand drawn trendline(Ray Tool) provided its value as a subgraph, then a user could use the Trading System Based on alert study. To place trades when current price crosses over and closes above or below the trendline. That would allow users an easy way to have a Trend Line trading system without having to code a full blown trading system by hand.
