Are you referring to the list of files to open on startup or the Chartbook's themselves? There is an option to Open Chartbooks on Opening the appllication. So in my Sub Instance, I have a list of Chartbooks to Load on Opening in the Sub-Instance. For some reason these chartbooks were no longer there. I thought that the issue was related because my Sub Instance setting kept disappearing and the Sub-Instance stopped opening up automatically.
