We are aware of an issue related to changes we made to how to detect the selection of a chart drawing in a recent update and we are working on it. This is more pronounced if you are using a high resolution monitor (4k). You should be able to select the drawing regardless, but you may need to be very precise about being on the line. One other way to help select the ray is to select the Ray where the anchor points are located. In particular, the beginning of the ray line.
