There has been some internal changes to how fonts are handled as mentioned here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer1803 You just need to go into the Volume by Price study for the Trade DOM and adjust the Size/Width for the Volume Numbers Text and Colors Subgraph.
