installed Version 1809 64-bit an hour ago. The Chart Values/Crosshair tool is no longer accessable by either selecting from the Tools menu or clicking on Alt+3: a check mark appears next to the option, but the tool does not display on the chart. Right mouse click is not functional either: I cannot use it to access Studies. F6 will allow me to access Studies
