Look at the setup and settings in the attached example chartbook. The color bar formulas are on their Alerts tabs. The Relative Volume study does not output the current Volume, so the Volume study is added to the same Chart Region. To get two colors of the Relative Volume study's output relative to the current Volume, two instances of the Color Bar Based On Alert Condition study, in the same Chart Region, are used. The Volume study needs to be below all of these studies in the Studies to Graph list. The Relative Volume study is Hidden because the color bar studies have replaced its output.
