This issue has been going on for a couple of weeks. Today I even installed a new modem, but I still get failures when trying to connect to internet (may or may not be a modem issue). Pattern is same as previous: I connect to SC, then within minutes I get a data interruption and the status background goes yellow. Then seconds, or minutes later it goes green again and data updates. This interruption sequence can happens even with all modem lights in normal status. So, what gives with the log? You are not going to be able to trouble shoot anything with the above general readout. Is there a new way to run the log?
