This Chartbook loads for us in 11 seconds. No problems. There is little doubt in our mind that the issue you have is a system-level issue. It is not with Sierra Chart. Even if you update to the latest version and no longer have the issue, we would still say it is a system-level issue which is behaving differently for unknown reasons depending on the version.
